See Ya Later Sunday, Hello Monday!

Welp, it's here!  Monday is back on the scene, and boy did it get here QUICK.

I can't   won't complain though, everything is good on the home-front. My weekend was spent doing what I love most- spending time with my family. I'll go ahead and throw it out there that this is how most of my weekends are spent. I'm away from home so much during the week,  that when the weekend arrives, I really want to enjoy my babies-all five of them (the huz, my three children and my fur baby).

I was off this Friday so I pretty much lounged the day away-I probably should have taken advantage of the beautiful weather, but I just didn't want to leave the house. On Saturday hubs and I spent a little QT at the shooting range…  WE REALLY ENJOYED EACH OTHER. We use to go all the time (when we were dating), but life happened and we kinda fell of track. Surprisingly, after all these years, my aim is still on point! I feel pretty darn good about it too- Ha!

After the range, we   I did a little shopping, I needed a pair of flats because my pup got a hold of my Ivanka Trump flats, and TORE. THEM. TO. SHREDS. I purchased those shoes just weeks ago, can you say PISSED OFF!!!

Anyhow, after the shopping, we meet up with our friends Monica and Troy for a movie date.  Although we were planning to see "Parker" we saw "Identity Theif" instead (because we arrived a little late)… the movie was just okay in my opinion, but the other people in the theater really seemed to think it was outrageously funny. I don't know; maybe it was me, maybe I left my sense of humor at home or something, but I'd rate it a 4 out of 10.

                                                            {Here's What I Wore}

                                                Janelle Monae Inspired "HAIR" I absolutely LOVE her

                                                                      {SIDE VIEW}

I have a little criss-cross action going on in the back… it was really easy to do too. Whew, I finally got manageable hair, Lol!!!

 Ok, I LOVED the feel of this shirt! When I saw it, it took me back to the 80's, I HAD to have it! I'm an 80's Baby for crying out loud. On another note, I know y'all don't work for Allstate, but I need a little accident forgiveness on these pictures… My fridge happens to be COVERED in FINGER PRINTS… ughhhh! I guess the secrets out, we don't walk around with gloves on, and although we clean the doors regularly, it's hopeless-- the kids just won't stay away. They are constantly putting their little fingers on EVERYTHING, ESPECIALLY the fridge

 THESE SHOES Though…. aren't they saying something!!! I still love these as much as I did when I first purchased them… they're going down in my book of "FAB History"

The rest of the weekend was pretty chill, we went to church and got some much needed food for thought. After that the kids  and I went to the park to hang out for a while

My Outfit Of The Day (OOTD)

Greetings, Fellow Perfectly Imperfekts! I hope you enjoy my OOTD (Outfit Of The Day)

Today’s feature outfit is from Wednesday, 27 Jun  12

27 Jun was a special day because that’s the day my bud, Mrs. Tiffany Malone, was born! In celebration of Tiff’s B-day, we decided to hang-out and have a few drinks at “Blu Martini”, by Mall of Millennia. Originally,  we planned to head out around 6p so we could  get home by 8:00p (it was Wednesday for crying out loud, besides I had a special someone to get home to...my Rue-baby!), but as it turned out, we didn’t actually get to the restaurant/lounge until around 7:30.

 We all know, when you get a few good women together, with a few good cocktails, 8:00p can turn into 2:30a in no time, and well, that’s what happened with us.  We had such a wonderful time at Blu Martini; that we decided to head over to “Touch”, which is a nightclub in downtown Orlando. To say the least, I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I couldn’t believe how live the place was on a Wednesday. The DJ was holding it down!  He played all the hits-if you’re a hip-hop/R&B/Pop lover like me, you would’ve been in heaven!  I  always say your day or night will only  be as great as the company you keep, and  I must say, I was in good company-shout out to the “Crew” (Alana, Gabby, Jackie, and Tiffany), the two Brian's and Bruce… I enjoyed chatting with you all, thanks so much for the drinks and the laughs. Bruce, watching you do the  “Dougie”, was priceless! … I am always up for some good CLEAN fun, and you guys were PERFECT gentlemen! :-)
